HR Award - HRS4R

In March 2019, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering was awarded the prestigious HR Excellence in Research award, which is granted by the European Commission to research institutions implementing HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers). The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is obliged to follow the proposed steps in the Action Plan for two years, which will lead to the improvement of recruitment and selection of employees, working conditions, personal and career development of employees, education of our employees, and the results of our employees’ work. Of course, all statutory, social and moral standards are applied to all employees of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

The HR Award, or more precisely HR Excellence in Research, is a mark awarded by the European Commission to research organizations that adhere to the European Charter for Researchers and Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers

In the context of its development of human resources, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering has applied for the European Charter for Researchers and is guided by the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers in the following areas:

  • Ethical and professional aspects
  • Recruitment and selection of employees
  • Working conditions for our employees
  • Training and development of employees

The implementation of the individual processes governed by the Charter and Codex are implemented by the University within the framework of the institution-wide HR Project Reg. No.: CZ.02.2.69/0.0/0.0/ 16_28/0006188. 

All the processed documents are listed in the tab. These documents entered into EUROAXESS portal (https://euraxess.ec.europa.eu).
